Pure Maintenance is proud to sponsor the F2TF (Fight to the Finish) Annual Community Charity Golf Tournament. F2TF was created to honor the memory and legacy of Tyler Smith. Tyler was an inspiration to everyone who knew him. Exemplifying joy and happiness from the beginning of his life through to the end. Before Tyler passed he wanted to find a way to help other kids going through hard times like he was. In an effort to do this, he created the giving tree. Tyler would find someone else who was struggling and present them with a small tree ornamented with gift cards and other items intended to bring a little more joy into the life of someone else who was struggling.
One of Tyler's last wishes in his life is that his memory would not be forgotten. We strive to carry on his legacy of joy and giving through the annual Fight 2 The Finish golf tournament. We have been able to raise over $100,000 since 2019 to help those dealing with life threatening ailments. It is our goal to not only help those struggling in our community like Tyler did but also to perpetuate the memory and example that Tyler was to those around him.
This year, Pure Maintenance and F2TF are raising money for 2-month-old Everett Benedict, who was severely injured in a car crash on August 5th, 2025. The Benedict family was driving in Roy when another driver ran a red light and crashed into the back passenger side of their car, where little Everett was sitting in his car seat. Due to the intensity of the impact, Everett's parents, Madi and Jayson, were unable to release Everett from the car seat until a kind couple stopped to help cut the straps of the car seat to get Everett out of the car.

After the Police and first responders' quick response, the whole family was immediately rushed to Ogden Regional Hospital. Doctors quickly determined that Everett had bleeding between his skull and brain, so he was immediately lifeflighted to Primary Children’s. Over the past week, Everett has been battling major complications due to his brain injuries, including brain swelling and seizures.
Please join us in Everett's FIGHT!
